I See You All — The Gambia

I See You All is working to establish a long-term presence in The Gambia and develop programs alongside local communities. Our approach connects human development with environmental stewardship.
Development and conservation should work together.
Core Focus Areas
Vision & Eyeglasses
Fire Prevention & Safety
Water Resources
Providing eyeglasses, vision screening, and accessible eye care to unlock learning, work capability, and independence across every generation.
Community preparedness, protective equipment, education, and active defense of people, homes, agricultural fields, livestock, and local habitat.
Developing reliable water access solutions that serve households, agricultural fields, livestock needs, and broader community resilience.
Working Lands Conservation
Community Development
Supporting agriculture, managed grazing, forest stewardship, wildlife habitat, natural resource health, and local livelihoods simultaneously.
Investing in education, local employment, youth entrepreneurship, sanitation, health services, safety, and sustainable economic opportunity.

Working Lands Conservation + Human Development
Connecting Human Well-being & Ecosystem Health
The Gambian Development Program combines community development and conservation rather than treating them as competing goals. We integrate vision care, fire prevention, water access, and livestock management under one unified initiative.
Equipping Youth, Leaders, & Small Businesses
Through community cleanups, safety equipment distribution, youth programs, volunteer coordination, and local small-business development, our work ensures that environmental stewardship directly fuels economic security.
Donor support directly funds essential field operations, regional transportation, safety equipment, long-term program development, local Gambian coordination, volunteer participation, and targeted travel by organizational representatives.
Our work goes far beyond delivering supplies. I See You All is developing deep local relationships, identifying community priorities, organizing active volunteers, establishing institutional partnerships, and creating programs built to grow over decades.
Working Together
I See You All works shoulder-to-shoulder with Gambian communities, volunteers, donors, local nonprofits, universities, businesses, and technical partners. The Gambian Development Program is being actively developed in cooperation with Rosewill Conservation using an established working lands framework.
